Bought in car for 10:00 app for oil change, rotate & balance, alignment. Called store 3 hrs later, told car was ready.

Was informed front toe was out and could not be adjusted. Told adviser never heard of toe not being able to be adjusted, especially on fairly new vehicle with low miles (2016, 33700). Went out to vehicle and discovered rotation HAD NOT BEEN DONE! Went back in, complained to "manager".

He confronted mech who did work, says he did rotate. Explained to mgr. he didn't' as the markings I put on tires were in same spot as they were when dropped off. Told him to come out and look, he declined, wanted to fix but I was now out of time.

This made me wonder if oil change was accomplished, checked at home, oil looked clean, but is clearly OVERFILLED!

I have been a Big O customer for 20 plus years, buying tires and extra warranties offered. I now have two useless 3-year tire/alignment warranties and would like a refund on those, as we will not be returning to Big O. We no longer have faith in Big O, and your "the team you trust" motto doesn't hold any water with us any longer.

I expect a response from someone on this matter quickly. Thank you.
