Big O Tires - I would give it no stars or minus if I could

This all started when we called our local shop and they told us that the tires we needed were rare and they only had 3 at their other location 35 minutes away. My husband called to make sure they were there and they knew we were going to purchase all three and she quoted us a price of $89 each. Our daughter was broke down so we grabbed her tire and drove over there. When we arrived we asked for Angelina the person my husband spoke to and I explained that we have the tire for one and will just purchase the other two and order one more so she would have 4 new tires.

So she tells us 2 hours to do this now remember this is just a tire not on the car and she says you might as well go home and come back later. No we live a half an hour away. So we went and ate lunch and came back 2 hours later and when we walked in I asked her is it ready she said they havent even touched it WHAT so she says let me check the guy came out with it in 10 minutes and this is where all the fun begins.

Now the phone rings she not only answers it she helps the person start to finish making us wait. Once she was back to us she pushes an estimate of $850. Wait what *** is this for? So we read it its for 4 tires mounted a front end alignment and $21 each for protection. No no no

So when I told her no to the protection alignment and mounting she gave me a face and answered yet another call start to finish.

I now get an invoice for $510 still for 4 tires but I was okay with that because my daughters spare was shot too and it was full size not a donut.

So I pay it and now she takes yet another call this time from another shop and she pushes another invoice for $175. WTF this is an $89 tire not on a vehicle and the mounting was practically the same cost as the tire but I was so sick and tired of being here and being disrespected that I just paid it and wanted to leave. She rolls the tire towards us mind you still on the phone never offers us any assistance to get it to our vehicle no thank you goodbye or kiss my *** just turned and walked away!
