Big O Tires - Bad News
I have been doing business with Big O tires for years and I have been
happy with their service and their prices were competitive. NOt ANYMORE!!!!!!
That has suddenly stopped. They are now continuously trying to sell me things that my vehicle DOES NOT NEED to inflate the total cost.
I think they call this lying. Very Unscrupulous indeed.
To make me point about inflated prices.
The Big O sales rep. tried to sell me a set of Big O brand tires at at least $150 more than a set of new Michelin tires.
Since when should a Big O brand Tire cost more than a Michelin Tire?
NEVER - dont be fooled. Shop around.
We have had 2 Big O stores close here in central Indiana in the past couple of years. (one in Martinsville, IN and the other in the Center Grove, IN area) What does that tell you.. Are gouging the customers to stay afloat? I am referring to the Big O store in
Mooresville, IN - By all means - let the buyer beware.
# 1. don't believe anything they say and do yourself a big favor and shop around. They also have a problem providing replacement parts with a lifetime warranty. When ever you ask a defective part to be
replaced with a part that has a lifetime warranty they get real uncomfortable and very evasive.
If they tell you the part they are selling you is a lifetime warrantied part, ask them to put it in writing on the receipt and watch them squirm.
This is not good. I have taken my money and business elsewhere.
Reason of review: inflated prices, not honoring warranty, deceptive practices.
Big O Tires Cons: Inflated prices, Trying to sell me stuff my vechicle does not need, Being lied to, No honoring warranty.
Location: Mooresville, Indiana

I went to Big O in Payson, Az on 10/21/2015 to get a set of Pirelli tires for my Lincoln TC. Quoted me a price of $614.56.
Got the same set of tires at Sam's Club for $360.00. *** of a difference.
