Hi, I went the Big O Tires on Alvernon way in Tucson got my coupons ready for Free tire check, Free charging check, Free AC Check. The AC check was the problem especially if they have to charge you if you do not have Freon in the compressor. How do I know that it and if you really want to know what is wrong with your AC they need to charge you 89 dollars whoa a Big OOOOO there huh. So be careful... Read more

My car was riding very rough and had quite a shake in the steering wheel. So just before leaving Yuma I brought it to them to have the tires rotated and balanced plus a wheel alignment if necessary. When I arrived at their location at 2975 Pacific Ave., Yuma, AZ they said there would be about a 20-30 Minute wait or I could make an appointment for later in the day. I was anxious to get this... I had got an estimate to replace the ball joints. I looked up the parts myself and noticed that they were charging me over double what I could get the same ones for. So I just stop by and get the same parts and take them in with me. The man at the counter said, "we will have to charge you more in labor since you didn't get the parts from us". I told them they were charging me over double what I... Read more

I spent over $3000 on a set of tires for two vehicles. Shortly after one had got a flat. When I finally got it back to the store they wanted more money to fix these brand new tires! I've barely had them a week. It's not like it was even that hard, only a small nail. Big O tires is overpriced and only wants your money. They show little respect for you and your vehicle. I find it common curtsy to... Read more

A few years ago I bought a set of tires from Big O and was talked into also buying another set of snow tires. The only reason I got them was because I was told that I could take them to any Big O and they would switch them out when ever I needed at no additional charge, they did this one time but they are now telling me they don't do this anymore and it will cost me $57 every time I want to... I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I bought 4 new tires in March at Big O Tires. I'm a long time customer in Tucson and have been to many stores in Mesa. I was replacing tires I bought less than 2 years before so this time I insisted on a warranty. I was a single mom without a home at the moment and I shopped for the best deal. They offered me tires with a 4yr/40k warranty and told me an... Read more

I had a flat tire (related to another Big-O issue) and called Big-O's Roadside Assistance. After an hour, the technician arrived without the proper tool, and commenced using a 13/16" socket driver (no wrench) along with a pair of vice grips and a small hammer to remove the lug nuts. After about 45-minutes and no success, the technician laughed it off and stated "nothing I can do" (hup, yup... Read more

Took car to another dealer to get estimate. Big O's was $1115.00. New estimate $650. After looking at my car the new dealer said I didn't need struts. I had a loose tie-rod end. Also 1 rim that was bent so bad they couldnot align or... Read more
